However small a party, there is always a certain amount of organising to be done. 

I have been working at parties and helping to organise functions for many years now, in the beginning operating a mobile discotheque but latterly as a toastmaster and compere. When a party or function is first discussed, there are many points to consider which will almost certainly include some or all of the following;  Food and drink, entertainment, cabaret, raffle, auction and the logistics of moving people from say a drinks reception to the room in which food will be served. My advice is always available at the planning stage to offer guidance and to help source the elements needed to make your function a success.When the big day arrives, I will be able not only to make all the announcements, but to make sure that all suppliers are ready at the right time and of course in the right place. Should anything not go to plan, I will be ready to help smooth out any problems so that you will be able to enjoy the event without any worries. Behind the scenes, I can organise any entertainment so that everything happens on time and also make sure that if anything unforeseen happens, it can be dealt with immediately. Apart from running the event, my services also include helping to source entertainment, supplying pa equipment, providing tailor made background music, which is of special interest for a wedding ceremony or reception during which the music can reflect your own tastes. If you would like to know more, please call me for an informal chat.
